Marina Lubanov

Marina Lubanov

Marina is a graduate of the Milken Fellows Program for Innovation, during which she worked at the emerging markets desk at the international division of the Innovation Authority. Upon completing the program Marina led the activity of the Israel India Fund for technological research and development and the international activity with the African continent and the international financial institutions at the Innovation Authority. Prior to joining the Fellows program Marina worked and volunteered in different projects dealing with international community development in diversified fields: Assimilation of water technologies among smallholder farmers, environmental education, and community agriculture in India, Mexico, Ethiopia, and Tanzania.
Marina holds a bachelor´s degree in water and environmental resource engineering from the Technion, and a master´s degree in public policy from Tel Aviv University. Parallel with her master´s degree studies, Marina served as a research assistant in the Department of Public Policy, as a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Engineering and as a teaching assistant at the School of Business Administration at the Hebrew University.
