Yael Hadad

Yael Hadad

Yael joined SFI after practicing law in one of Israel´s largest law firms. Yael worked at the firm´s litigation department and specialized in commercial law, international disputes and class actions. Alongside, she provided legal consultation to Tech companies on regulatory matters. Before that, Yael interned at the Supreme Court of Israel as a law Clerk for the honorable justice Ofer Grosskopf. Earlier Yael worked at a boutique law firm providing strategic consultation to governments aspiring to join the OECD organization. Yael holds a LLB degree (magna cum laude) and BA degree in History and Philosophy (magna cum laude), both from Tel-Aviv University. During law school Yael served as a research assistant, a teaching assistant, and as an assistant editor in the Theoretical Inquiries in Law periodical. Yael had also engaged in legal activity for human rights, participating in various procedures and petitions that were discussed in the supreme court and have influenced the Israeli government humanitarian policy.
