Ilil Davidov

She has more than 20 years of experience in the business, public and social sectors in a variety of roles that combine initiative and project management, business development, leading collaborations with partners, building customized tools and solutions to create added social and business value.

Ilil is experienced in leading projects and creating complex strategic partnerships with players from different sectors: government, business organizations and third sector organizations.

Prior to joining SFI Ilil created and led the strategy and partnerships of an educational technological project MAKES for AppleSeed. Before that, she served as a senior field manager in the management of the employment service, dealing with the creation of a large-scale change in the perception of the organization, promoting innovation processes and adapting the organization to the changing world of work.

She was a partner in building solutions for gaps in the employment market, led and managed cross-organizational change processes in working with employers and partners to combine definition of success indicators and control mechanisms for work processes.

Ilil has a master's degree in organizational sociology and a B.A in political science and sociology from the Hebrew University. She has a diploma in guiding groups from Bar Ilan and organizational consulting for managers from the Open University.
