Sharon Loebl Lande

Sharon is the Manager of consulting and social measurement at SFI. Prior to joining SFI, Sharon worked for a decade at Midot, which merged into the SFI group at the beginning of 2020 as a subsidiary. At Midot Sharon took part in a variety of processes that the organization leads, including performing analyses, writing field reports, training, and performing a variety of mappings and consulting projects. She was one of the developers of the consulting department at Midod and in recent years has led the field. Took part in more than 30 consulting processes, including the largest consulting processes in the organization concerning intersectoral work, national programs, and more. 
Before coming to Midod, she worked in various consulting positions in the social world, including: a member of the team for training senior staff in the civil service at the Mendel Institute; Advising Eshel Joint Israel in writing the five-year plan; and was part of the leading team of the first interdisciplinary interface round table.
Previously, she worked as a lawyer for at-risk youth. Sharon has a B.A with honors in social work from Ben Gurion University, an M.A in public policy from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and certificates as a strategic consultant and parent instructor.
