Vladi Yoffe

Vladi is the project manager of the Momentum SIB in Rahat.
Vladi has 15 years of experience in establishing, managing, and leading projects in the fields of education and welfare with emphasis on children and at-risk youth. Furthermore, management of complex cross-sector partnerships - government offices, local government and the third sector. In his last position, he served as the deputy commissioner of the Southern District of the National Program for Children and Youth at Risk 360 and in charge of the Bedouin Society in the organization. As part of his position, he accompanied the managers of 360 in the local authorities, was responsible for developing partnerships and broad programs in the Bedouin society and was also responsible for the field of infants in government decision 1279 in the Negev. Prior to that, Valdi managed 360 at the Neve Midbar Regional Council for more than five years, where he developed customized programs for unregulated settlements in the Negev. As part of his work with children and youth at risk, he established and managed a number of projects, including the Youth Promotion Unit, an education and care framework for disconnected youth, as well as the "Nirim in the Neighborhoods" project of the Nirim association.
Valdi graduated with an MA in Administration and Public Policy from Ben Gurion University and a BA in Economics and Management from Ashkelon College. He also completed an academic conversion to teaching in special education.
