Fadi Elobra
At SFI Fadi manages the project to reduce work
accidents at construction sites – pay for success model.Fadi has 13 year of experience in impact initiatives. In the
past 6 years he has been focusing on employment in the Arab sector and has
created, together with his partner, TalenTeam aimed at recruiting and placing
experienced Arab academics. Throughout the years, he has founded and managed
several social businesses and initiatives in various fields, from access to
higher education in Bedouin Arab society, to educational tourism projects and a
healthy lifestyle for women.Fadi received several local and international awards for his
activity and was selected as one of the 50 promising entrepreneurs in the world
in 2015 by Echoing Green. Fadi studied Construction Engineering at the Ben Gurion
University, an alumni of the Mandel Institution for leadership and is a member
of Maoz.
